I’m a Korean American photographer based in New York City, drawn to the quiet, in-between moments—where the world goes silent, and lovers become the main characters in their own rom-com.



I first picked up a camera to share my life in the U.S. with my family back in Korea, and my time in Korea with my friends here. Photography became a bridge—a way to stay connected across oceans and time zones. It still is.

I studied Cinema and Media Studies at Wellesley College, where I learned how framing, light, and stillness could speak just as loudly as words. My style is shaped by that same curiosity: sometimes documentary, sometimes editorial, always guided by feeling.

I photograph couples who are fully present—with each other, with their people, and with the life they’re building. During celebrations, my focus often drifts to parents, siblings, and old friends. There’s something powerful about witnessing how love ripples outward.

My goal is simple: to create honest, artful photographs that hold onto what matters. Moments that feel lived in, not performed. Images that make you feel something long after the day has passed.
